Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities. Estimated dispatch dates are stated on the product page.
 
Ready-to-Wear & Ready-Made Accessories
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Couture & Custom Orders
 
Couture, custom-made pieces, and pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
 
These pieces:
•Are created specifically for each client
•Often require specially sourced materials
•Involve extensive handcrafting and time-intensive processes
•Are produced in collaboration with our atelier team
 
Because each garment is tailored to your specifications, returns are not possible.
 
To ensure premium accuracy and fit, we require clients to provide measurements for couture, custom, preorder pieces.
 
Novaliss provides a clear, step-by-step measurement guide designed so clients can take accurate measurements independently and confidently.
 
If you need assistance during this process, our team is available to guide you.
 
Returns and exchanges are accepted for:
•Ready-to-Wear clothing (non-customized)
•Ready-Made Accessories
 
Conditions:
•Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
•Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
•All original packaging must be included
 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
