Heirloom Irish Lace Top

Each floral and sculptural motif is individually crocheted in 100% wool and then joined by hand to form a dimensional textile surface. The process is meticulous and time-intensive, requiring the creation of dozens of separate lace elements before assembly begins.

The asymmetrical hem and organic composition are built through controlled joining techniques – there is no template, no automated pattern.

Swarovski crystals are hand integrated into selected lace elements, catching light subtly within the textured wool structure.

It is slow textile work made wearable.
